Tsukai ran out of his house ignoreing his sisters last screams of death, he had tears running down his face his hands covering his cat ears. Finally, when he could hear her screams no more he stopped and fell to his knees looking at his shaky bloodstained hands though his teary eyes.
Tsukai sat down in the grass and lened against a tree looking into the dark sky, he saw smoke in the distance. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes trying to get it out of his head.
A scream broke the silent of the forest Tsukai lifted his head and looked in the direction his cat ears in the air. This scream was different, it seemed it was from a little girl. He stood up flicking his cat tail still looking in the direction. The scream sounded again after about a minute Tsukai began running in the direction hoping the least he could do was kept someone.
Tsukais blue eyes fell on a little girl rolling on the ground, black wings mixed with blood on her back he looked up and noticed two people. Tsukai took a step back and hid in the bushes watching. The man began to search for something after the woman had screamed.
The, what Tsukai assumed was the girls father, still searched, as the mother grew impatient and grabbed the little girl by the hair. Tsukai took a step forward Realizing the mother was trying to kill the little girl.
Tsukai took a attack stance as the father lookied in his direction his yellow eyes flashed angerously. Tsukai ran at the mother to save the little girl but the dad grabbed Tsukai around the waist. Tsukai elbowed him causing him to let go "STOP IT!Its only a little girl!" He said as they he tryed to punch tsukai in the face.
Flicking his tail Tsukai moved to the side dodging the fist. He picked up a rock and threw it, it managaed to hit the father in the head who fell to the ground. The man stood up again as tsukai headed for the mother. The man ran behind tsukai and tackled him to the ground, Tsukai's head slammed against a rock and he saw blackness..

Tsukai awoke with a groan and held his head with his hand his eyes still closed, his head throbbing. He couldent remember what had happened his fingers entangled with his blonde hair. for a moment he couldent quite remember what had happened. he finally opened his eyes and gazed up at the sky with his blue eyes. Suddenly tsukai remembered, he shot up like a pistol and looked around seeing no one. he felt tears come to his eyes as he saw that once again he had failed. in the distance floating in the lake, was what looked like a mass of hair. he forced his body up and walked to the lake praying it wasnt what he thought it was. He stopped at the waters edge.. he hated water more then anything he saw the girls pale foot.. he leaned over the water and grabbed her foot, dragging her out he gathered her in his arms and cradled her like she was his little sister. "... i'm sorry im a useless cat.." he told the cold dead girl.
Eventually, he dug a hole with barly any effort and layed the girl inside, barring her and patted the dirt "i'm sorry.." he repeated feelking like a failure to life.

A man with short red staight hair and a bandana in his hair, green eyes and a smirk on his face as he watched "what are you some 'i hate life everything is pointless' kid?" Tsukai turned around and glared at him "it dosent concern you! and who are you?" The man smiled and held out his hand "my name is haku" Tsukai didnt take it still not likeing the , he could tell he was fox.
Haku only smiled and let his hand fall to the side. "shall i call you cat boy your wole life or are you going to tell me what to call you?" Tsukai gritted his teeth "..Tsukai" he said in a hiss.

Haku shook his head "no manners at all, common we need to get out of here before that dumb family returned.. man did they have some issues or what?"
Tsukai had to agree "yeah.." his mind wondered back to his own family and he felt his heart dropp.. he wanted to hurt something. Haku stopped and stared at him "are you allright cat boy?" he asked noticing how tsukai's eye seemed to be twiching. "hey! dont call me cat boy call me tsukai! or you can call me master seeming cats do rule over foxs!" Haku drew his sword it gleamed "say that again and see what happens!!! Foxs are so much better" he formed a fireball in his right hand and threw it at Tsukai. Tsukai doged it and laughed "WE ARE FASTER, SMARTER, CLEANER, AND COOLER!!" (im not writing before hand anymore, im writing as i go, i've kinda impoved a little since chapter one and i got new ideas.. all well)
