I went to Animazement 2005 Friday and Saturday of this week and man was it frikkin' awesome. Except for this creepy guy following me around, all was cool! Everyone was in costume and it was absa-frikkin'-lutely awesome. The only reason I have the song above on my playlist is because of the fantastic music video that went along with it, The music videos were great.
Cosplay was totally awesome too. The last act in the advanced category (sp?) was mind blowing, it was and Angelic Layer routine. The 'angels' came out of handcrafted boxes with their names on them an' everything. Plus there was a guy dressed up as Misaki. razz
But also, it was lonely. Five-hundred miles lonely. Kai-chan, Emerwyn, Llama, I so wished you were here, for your sake and mine. (You too boys, I need bodyguards. XD) It was so awesome and it would have been perfect if you could have came. Alas, these things are no longer possible. Perhaps I'll be back for the summer, a brief vacation into a paradise lost.
