First of all you are all proubably wondering "Who's Baltazar?" Well my friends he is my computer. And I cannot do ANYTHING on the internet except go on messenger (which constantly logs me off and is so hard to sign in to). Thank God my Dad has DSL on his computer, but I only come over here every other weekend, making it impossible to RP unless they are really paitent ppl (Thank you my Harry Potter RP!)
Me and mom are trying to get DSL, but we can't get it in our area unless we have cable, which is too expensive and I have no idea what to do...
