So this past Tuesday and Wednsday I competed in a speech and debate (forensics) tournament, and I placed fourth.
We had a 3 day weekend this week, so today is a free day that I get to spend with my friend Bre (we're watching LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring).
I took the PSAT on Wednsday, and -in my opinion- aced it.
Eric almost broke my back by picking me up in one of his 'hugs-that-wasn't-quite-easy-on-the-spine.' Not that I mind. I like my friends showing me affection. No one shows me much of that anymore...
I played w/ a cat, 2 kittens, and a hyperactive dog for hours last night.
There was a storm of intensity such as the world has never known (not really, but we did have a tornado warning) last night, and I only got about 4 hours of sleep. It's nice to listen to the thunder, but it keeps one awake for quite a while, unfortunately. And Bre's cat jumped on my belly.
I aced my AP Art History Test, most likely raising my grade to an A just in time for progress reports to be issued to tell parents about thier kids success/failure in all things acadamia.
Haven't been asked to Homecoming, but I'm going with my friend Tifa.
Had many interesting times with the crew (Damian and them). Their character's are really 'developing,' I guess you could say.
I've made new friends! Yay
Overall: A good week, a short week, and an eventful week of life.
