The other day, I don't know how, my thoughts turned to John Lennon. First his music, then him as a person. I realized something.
I miss a lot of people that I've never even met.
John Lennon was a good man. Different, but he had a genuine for people he had never met, and the world as a collective. The fact that such an unusually good person was killed by the people he was trying to speak to through his music just crushes my soul. I miss him, and I've never met him.
That made me wonder who else was like him. People who were pointless victims of a world that they loved.
I know, this is unusually emo, but I just wanted to tell someone, but had no specific person I'd want to confront directly about it. It seemed like a real mood-killer. x x;
