short stories
I plan to think of ideas for writing/typing a story. My stories will include fiction and if I work hard enough, I may write an entire story.
chapter 4 The plan
"Atreus?" Methodios asked, "Solon could’ve of mentioned you once."
"I was one of his friends, but after he left to help this rebellion, I didn't know if I should help him or sit on the side and watch." He responded, "But now I see that the choice is clear, with Solon dead I have no other option left, I just hope you will follow me in this battle."
Methodios took out the note in his hand and stared at it for a minute, then looked at Atreus and said, "I think you should read this if you do plan on fighting the empire."

Atreus took the note and read it, then looked back to Methodios and said, "We should go inside to discuss this, I would hate to stay here any longer." Methodios nodded and started walking. "Wait," Atreus said, "We should go to my house, its closer and I have some more information on the empire there." Methodios nodded and followed Atreus to his house.

Atreus opened the door and they both walked inside. The first thought of Atreus's house was a library, there were many scrolls scattered about the room and the only desk in the room also had scrolls covering the whole table. Atreus closed the door and sat down at the desk, pushing all the scrolls to the side. He then reached to the shelf and started searching for something. Not knowing what to do, Methodios just walked over to the desk and stood next to it.

After a few minutes of searching, Atreus finally pulled a scroll from the bookshelf and placed it on the desk in front of him. "This scroll," he began, "Has some information that I have gathered over several months, I was planning to give this to Solon but now that he’s dead, I'll give it to you."

"But why did he choose me for this job?" Methodios asked, "I am just an average man that does work for townsfolk."
"Because you are the one Solon trusted the most." Atreus responded. Methodios thought he saw a look of disappointment cross his face, but he put that thought aside.
"I don't know if I'm ready for this." Methodios said.
Atreus smiled and responded and said, "It's now or never, we should start now."

They opened the scroll and read, which took the better part of an hour. Methodios stood up and asked, "How will this information help us beat the empire, information on the resources won't help much." Right after that sentence came out of his mouth he knew the answer, it struck him like a rock. Why didn't he see it before?
"If you destroy a cities resources, then you destroy the city, the same plan applies for the empire." Atreus said. Now the plan was clear, they weren’t going up against thousands of marauders, but several rather several miners or gatherers, and possibly, some of those monsters he saw earlier. With a smile on his face, Atreus stood up and walked to the door, turned around and said, “Lets go.”
