This is version 9.07.2, model F-FD-HB, of the Lost Continent Department.
She goes by Kayl. (It's pronounced the same as Kail.) she chose the name for herself.
Her coded designation basically means this:
(it's out of order, but it makes more sense this way)
Model F-FD-HB: this basically means she was originally human (HB, human-base) and female (F), but was modified to a cat/dragon mix (FD, feline-draconian).
Version 9.07.2: She was the only survivor of her experiment group (the ninth), and was given a 20% concentration dosage of Modification Serum #7.
Of the Lost Continent Department: The sub-lab of her origin, part of the Integrated Magical and Technological Genetic Experiments Testing Laboratories (IMATGETL for short. Commonly called Magi Labs.)
