Me and my sister are huge riddlers. Here are three of my favorites. I'll put the answers in white text beneath the riddle, except on the one I don't know.
In the year 1300, a man boarded a air train. He was in a compartment by himself and the door was locked. The train goes into a tunnel and all the lights go out. When the train reemerges from the tunnel, the man was dead. He killed himself with a knife.
Why did he kill himself?
AnswersTHis one is almost impossible to figure out without asking questions. The questions to ask are 'Did he meet someone before the train?" "Did they mean him harm?" "Were they doctors?" "Did he have an illness?" "Was he blind?"
And you find that he was blind. The doctors he met cured his blindness. The train went dark, and he thought he had gone blind again and killed himself.Answers
Next riddle--
When one door opens, nine close. When nine open, one closes. What is it?
Answers There are ten orifices (openings) in the human body. When you are in your mothers womb, your naval is open as the doorway to food, and everything else is closed. When you are born, that closes and all the other openings open. Thus it is a human infant. Answers

Good thing this sign is there.
Otherwise, you know, I might've been really tempted to dive head-first into the concrete.
