Rules:
No ubers. That doesn't mean no legendaries.
No hacks. I don't care if you found a Starly at level 99 in Route 214. Or shiny hacks. But no Wonderguard Spiritombs and that kind of stuff.
Sleep Clause. I don't like having all my Pokemon put to sleep. That means no taking out half my team with a Pokemon that uses a Spore, Focus Punch combo, or that stuff.
