Oh how I detest gym now.


I love it when we play games like Dodgeball, where I can at least contribute and not be considered completely useless to my fellow teammates, but I hate every other game. No one trusts me enough to allow me to show off my skills, and when I miss something for the littlest of bit, I get yelled at.

So competitive.

Jeez, to tell you the truth I'm good at a lot of sports. In Volleyball, I can do really good. I perform sacrificial tactics, such as sliding on the floor and striking it upwards so it doesn't hit. Of course, the balls rarely come to me because everyone decides to position me in a bad angle, in which I won't ever see the ball coming. When it does, I have people jumping in front of me taking it from me or I miss. 90% of the time it comes at me, I hit it.

It's just that apparently, one miss means more than 9 other hits. It's ridiculous in my opinion, and it stresses me out. So ya know what? I sat out today in Gym.

Yes, I do need the points because I'm going to fail gym(LOL at that. No, seriously just sit at your computer and LAUGH!) but that's because I don't change as much in the locker room. It's too much trouble going from my locker to get my clothing and then bringing it to the gym, then afterwards bring my clothing back to my locker only to be late for my other class.

Gym is pretty fun, I just wish people weren't as competitive. So, for my next class, we didn't do anything much. It was French 1.

I just worked on my Rubik's Cube, constantly getting one side. I had two sides today, yes I really did. I couldn't get the rest unfortunately, so I gave up. We played my favorite game in French 1 though, I could just tell Mr.Cramer was trying to cheer me up. That makes me happy, but I wasn't much in the mood to play, so I just automatically said 100 in French and got out, leaving everyone in confusion.
For the first time, I didn't win attention in French 1 class.

For those who don't know, Attention is basically a game where you count in French, taking turns.

For example, I say; "Un"
The next person says; "Deux."

Once you reach a number that's a multiple of seven or has a seven in it, you will say "Attention" in French. Now, although I'm Hatian, I can't spell in French to save my life, unless I've seen the world previously. I know how it sounds, just can't spell it, but it sounds relatively close to Attention.

This may sound easy, but it's a lot harder than you think. First, the multiples of seven are the hardest out of all the multiples according to polls, once you get above 70, most people around my grade level are going to start delaying at every move to make sure nothing happens. Of course, there's also the fact that if it has seven in it, you have to say Attention. Such as a number like 27, although it's not a multiple of seven. Then 28, you'll say Attention.

Of course, this can cause confusion after hearing a double attention and you're all;
"Wait, where are we?"
OUT!

It's a fun game really, just didn't want to play.
Gym really ruined the rest of my day, I do want to play Dodgeball again though.
I sat there and meditated for half of the class. lmao


So yeah, that's pretty much it for today. My sister was right, writing a journal is amazing. I'm going to have a mini-topic real fast, it's about my brother and his amazing new thing on myspace. I don't have a Myspace, but I'll join just for this, despite I hate myspace, this is amazing. And he's getting a job and becoming famous for this, a small animated skit and paid. <3

My brother's going to be big someday, just you wait and see!
