Natural Disaster
Fern Clause sat at the table in The Shamrock Café ,her favorite hangout. She would usually be here with her cousin and best friend Carla but that was not possible at the moment. Almost a month ago she had seen Jesus himself and become part of the Angel’s Armada. It was still running through her head the experience.
The startling thing was when she had gotten back from Grey’s house she found out that Ilene had disappeared but with a note. It said: This is just the beginning Andromeda. Soon the world will be ours. As for your friend. Let just she is under a spell... signed Shade
Only thing Fern knew was, she had to find Ilene without any chaos around or at least try. She hadn’t told her mom but felt unsure about that. She lied and told her that Ilene was at a special program for cheerleading. Fern was trying to think of another way to fix this problem. A waitress set down a glass full of mocha latte. Fern sighed with frustration.
“How am I going to get Ilene back? I am going to have to wipe everyone’s memory or at least pause time. If only I could figure out how to talk to Grey or Andromeda! I will have to flip through the handbook later” said Fern taking a sip of her Mocha. Paying for her drink Fern walked out of the Café. Taking her seat on her Raspberry Zip Scooter Fern drove away. Driving past Merchant Fern stopped in front of number 59. “Should I stop and see him..... I should” thought Fern.She got off her Scooter putting on the alarm.Holding her necklace Fern went from average girl to Angel queen. Fern went up to the door and opened it.Fern found out only those who have angel blood in them could see her.The Cimarrons did not have any angel blood but Grey.Slowly walking upstairs Fern...um.. Andromeda silently opened the door. Grey was sitting at his desk reading a book.
“ So Ilene has disappeared? The dark angel must have some how found out where you lived and figured that if they took Ilene there would be a bit of weakness in the Armada. What power does she have anyway? It depends on what power she has to figure out what they want with Ilene.” said Grey
“ Ilene is the angel of nature itself. She has a bit of power over abilities but not much. I have see her powers and they are very strong for her stage. I don’t even know most of the powers I have.” Fern replied
Grey stood up and headed to a small box in the corner. “Ilene has one of the main elements on her side. She doesn’t have a minor element like me. You have a soul element and I have a minor but she has the Main element of all worlds. If they find a way to control Ilene or her powers they have complete control nature itself. Ilene does not have the power of water, fire or air but still there is horrifying danger in that. The earth would turn against us. We would be in complete darkness.” Grey said in a nervous voice.
For the first time Fern saw Grey crying, and shivering. Fern had never seen any weakness in Grey. Not at school, swim practice, dating, nothing. Silently Fern left for home.
“ He is right.” Thought Fern “ With Ilene’s power Lucifer can destroy human kind. Then there will be less to worry about. Ilene where are you and are you all right?” tears started to slide down Ferns cheeks as she cried.
