"C'mon, doll. I won't bite too hard," the woman said as she ran a long, crimson fingernail up my neck and to my chin, tilting my head up.

"I'm just so thirsty, I only want a little! If you would like, I could drink your blood but keep you alive. Although you would go through excruciating pain, and you'd have to deal with ME for the rest of eternity," she grinned maliciously, baring her sharp fangs.

"Don't... you usually do that... with guys?" I managed to choke out, my throat tight from fear. She laughed.

"Most females do, yes. Now, will you accept my gratious offer, or die by my hand?" She questioned, wrapping a hand around my throat and slightly piercing my skin with her nails.

I let out a whimper, and she laughed yet again.

"Well, you may want to answer me sometime soon," she removed her hand, "or I will Kill you."

I just nodded.

"Good."

I felt her hot breath on my neck as she pulled my hair to my other shoulder and leaned in.

The world went blank for a second, then all I could see was a broad range of colors. Red, blue, pink and orange. I could hear everything, though. The crickets, the wind, the moans of a couple in my apartment six floors down...

My vision blurred, and then I saw her, fangs sunk into her own wrist, mixing our blood together.

Smiling at me, she pressed her lips to mine and we exchanged the blood.

"Swallow," she commanded, tilting my head up.

As I did so, I couldn't help but scream. The pain was unbearable, and my heart beat was accelerated at least twenty times its original pace. Soon, I managed to pass out.



I opened my eyes.

"Ah, I see you made it through the transformation," the familiar voice chimed, "You're dead now. A /Vampire/."

I jumped up, and before I realized what had happened, my sire had crossed the room and had her lips glued to mine.

I couldn't help but wrap my arms around her neck- she was slightly taller than myself- and kiss her back.

She pulled away and looked at me with her hypnotic purple eyes.

"Say," she began," What would be the name of my new eternal mate?"

...Damn.
