I've been doing it for a few weeks
Energy is down
eating 2 many processed foods
Gaining weight

Had 2 break my fast yesterday cause id been sick for a couple of days
felt like i had a hang over but i didn't do any drinking and it lasted almost 2 days
I eat like 2 pounds of sushi for lunch, and a ton of sausages and almost a whole cabage for diner
I feel so much better 2 day and probably lost a pound because of the almost no carbs i ate yesterday

First time in almost 2 weeks i've felt like working out
