My...my soul the thought passed through me like a bullet.My soul...up till now i didnt even really think about my soul,so if I've never given my soul a second thought...should I do it?
"why would I trust you.I don't even know your name?"i asked
"Oh of course how rude of me.MY name is Xalda and i am the demon of eternal pain."
"Your name is...Xalda?But that cant be we have the same name."
"Looks like it kid,but Xalda really isn't your name.Right Michael?"
This is insane i thought I must be dreaming.There is no way this creature could have my name or even exist for that matter.What if he was just some guy in disguise trying to make me confess to the murder of Nissa.I missed her so much.
"Why do you need my soul?"i asked
"Because we both want something.You,Nissa.Me,power."he replied smiling
"And my soul can give you this power you crave?"
"thats right and it would make your daddy very proud.Oops did I say that out loud?"he said playing dumb.
"You lie! my parents died along time ago!"Anger began to over come me.
"theres only one way to find out."he replied reaching into his shirt.He pulled out a pen that had a devil tail rapped around it then he pulled a long piece of paper out with strange writing.It was obviously a contract.
"What now you want my to sign this?"i asked already knowing the answer.
"thats the idea." he replied darkly."so whats it gonna be?"
I gripped the pen.And looked at the long unreadable document.I thought of my mom,dad,and three brothers and Nissa.The last kiss.
Xalda's eyes widened as my hand signed my name. He rolled up the long scroll.Just then police came rushing through the woods.I looked at Xalda.He dropped the scroll and just then the document caught fire.The fire was dark blue.Then the strange fire stood up and began to form a rectangular shape.A door.
"Welcome to the first day as a soulless."
"A wha...!" but before i could finish i was pushed into the fire door.
"falling and burning,i screamed and wished for death.The pain of a never ending void of flames searing my skin was to much to bare.I finally let go and let my self fall i began to lose sight of the blue flames and the pain.The last thing i saw where Xalda's big red eyes staring into mine.
