In my neighborhood, there's this popular road that the Ghetto People and non-Ghetto People always drive down to go places. The "Ghetto People" are usually sometimes drunk high-schoolers that we joke around and say that they throw stuff out their windows, have drive-by's, and brake into our houses, but the worst they do is drive by kinda slow like.
