eclipse chapter 8
"wow it feels great to be home!" angel said. eclipse walked into the house and said," what are you so worked up about?"eclipse said "oh nothing i just miss home,"angel said. eclipse said," well lets get ready for school tomorrow and i have to talk to you about something." "what is it eclipse?" said angel. "get ready for school and then ill talk to you," said eclipse. they got their school clothes ready and got their backpacks and they sat down in th living room. " so eclipse what is it?" said angel. eclipse said," you know the stone around your neck right?" said eclipse. what about it," angel said. "well if i heard this right let me tell you the story," eclipse said. "several decades ago before your time seven amethyst stones were locked up inside of a sanctum. the stones were very powerful and belonged to a powerful king. but one day the king suffered a terrible fate and his seven bodyguards were each given the seven stones according to his will. before you ask, yes i was one of them and the other six are hidden in the world. that stone that you have right now is about 100 years old, but it looks brand new. this stone is used to control your power it can either enhance it or unenhance it. it also has special abilities that i don't know about, but he told me. so do you get it now?" angel said," i guess, but how do we summon them up when we need them?" "i dont know really," said eclipse. " the only way i can think of is to call their names." "that sounds logical," angel said. eclipse said," this is all i know so lets go gt some sleep for school tomorrow." angel said," sure why not." eclipse went to his room and crawled in the bed and angel followed suit and went in her room and went to bed. they turned out the lights and went to sleep. eclipse woke up. the clock showed 7:00. school started in about an hour. so eclipse got up and hopped in the shower. when the shower was done he brushed his teeth and washed his face and went back into his room to put on some clothes. eclipse then went to wake up his sister. "angel wake up," said eclipse. angel was drowsy and said,' five more minutes." eclipse said," i gave you an extra half an hour now we gotta get up or we'll be late for school. angel said," ok ok im up." angel sat up in the bed and went in the shower and repeated the same procedure as eclipse. she got out of the shower and put on her clothes for school. "eclipse,"asid angel." you know you're going to get in trouble for not wearing your school uniform." eclipse said," they wont be thinking about me hopefully so ill be ok, besides, i never wear my school uniform i think it looks stupid." angel said," ok then, just dont get in troubl." eclipse looked at the time and saw it was 7:30 eclipse said," let me go get you some breakfast i think we have enough time to get some." " ok cool," said eclipse. they went to the door and went outside and walked to the kochiwa. this was the name of the restaurant. eclipse walked in and eclipse ordered a tea and angel ordered some pancakes. they ate their breakfast and walked to school. wow welcome back," said a girl behind him. "oh hi crystal," said angel. "where were you guys," said crystal. angel said," "its a long story, but we better hurry to first period." said angel. crystal said," well lets go then." angel and crystal ran off into the school leaving eclipse behind. "there they go." eclipse said. eclipse walked to first peroid just before the bell rang. eclipse sat down in a chair and about a hundred questions came flying at him. where have you been? what happened? are you ok? wheres your sister? did you get in trouble again? eclipse sat in his chair overwhelmed by all of the questions and eclipse said to the whole class," i suggest we talk later cause the teacher is getting pretty impatient." the teacher said," no actually i would like to have this conversation with you too." where have you been? said the teacher. eclipse said," i was taking care of buisness." the teacher said," was it more important than school?" eclipse said," hypathetically speaking yes." i may need some makeup work to do. the teacher glared at him and turned around and started his lesson. eclipse took notes knowing that he ought to because he was absent. second peroid came and went by with the same order of questions and third period was a little different and fourth period was very weird and then came the last period of the day. gym time. eclipse and angel shared this period together and a couple more periods. the gym instructor said," today we're going to play a little dodgeball. eclipse particularily hated dodgeball, but angel loved it. alright get into teams. angel and eclipse ended up on the same team. angel said to eclipse," c'mon now will you play this time?" eclipse was about to say no, but then his whole team looked at him and eclipse said," fine ill play this time." the team consisted of about ten people. the names were arria, suki, angel, eclipse, syaoran, yuki, hepharow, kirasa, and taki. the whistle blew and the instructor threw all the balls into play. there were about seven balls and one rolled towards eclipse. crystal came over by eclipse and said," are you having fun?" eclipse said not really." a ball came speeding towards crystal but eclipse blocked it with the ball in his hands and said," you should pay more attention. eclipse threw the ball at the person who tried to hit crystal and hit her. "you're out," said the instructor. "nice hit," said the whole team. eclipse said," i dont need any praise for it." so several more people got out because of angel and people on angels side got out aand it was down to two on two. eclipse and angel were the only ones left in and two people from the opposing team were left. two balls were thrown at angel at the same time and got her out."good luck eclipse," said angel. the team was scared cause they thought he couldn't do it. the opposing team said," now its just you." eclipse said," duh i could've figured that out." eclipse pulled out a book and his whole team said," what are you doing?" eclipse said," what does it look like im reading." his team said," we're doomed." the opposing team said," piece of cake." they threw the ball at eclipse and he dodged the first one by moving slightly. then the second one was thrown and he dodged that one too. eclipse said," i guess its my turn then." eclipse used his mind to throw the ball and it went hurling at the other people. they dodged it, but it bounced off the wall and came back and hit one of them. you're out," saqid the instructor. they looked in shock and said i dont know how you did that, but i wont get out that easy." "oh really,"said eclipse. eclipse picked up three balls and threw one of them at himhe dodged it and it hit the wall and was coming at him. eclipse moved to the side as the ball was coming at his opponent from behind and his opponent dodged it, but eclipse being clever right before the ball passed him, he threw another ball at the ball and made it change direction in the air and it hit his opponent. his team said," wow he did it!" they all went over to eclipse and said," teach me how to do that that was cool how you moved that ball in the air with the other ball." eclipse continued reading his book and said," it just takes practice and he walked away cause the school bell rang. angel and elcipse both went to get their stuff as they said goodbye to everyone and strated to walk home with a victory in their hands
