This is a sonnet I had to write for English. It had to have a ryme scheme and that is why my sonnet lacks. We had to pick our own subject; she expected us to write about the end of summer or swimming or somthing like that. I picked vampires.
The decision is clear,
be doomed to roam the world only at night,
Listen and hear.
A new thrist and a unforgiven bite!
Forever banished by the sun,
Stay inside sleeping,
And when the moon rises, go have some fun.
Don't go on weeping,
Claim yourself a meal.
Go after that prey,
Let your fangs down for them to feel!
Go to long without and become grey.
Enjoy your newfound powers,
Now plant your flowers.
