"I have some."Al said noticing the look on my face.I smiled back and we kept running.
We arrived at als house about twenty minutes later.Once we were in, Al handed me a
new shirt,some pants and shoes. He pushed me into the bathroom. He told me to get dressed in there while everyone else get dressed in other rooms.
We all stood outside, and I must say We looked pretty good.No words were spoken, we all just nodded to each other and began running .Al led the way.We ran through about forty different portholes before entering one that was purple.Once we were inside we stood In front of a giant body of water, There was no ball. I began to panic, we only had ten minutes to get inside.
"Relax. just take a look up."Al said and pointed up.We all looked up and to our surprise, there was A giant floating island/castle mixture. It was the biggest thing I had ever seen in my life.
"How do we get up there?" Josh asked.We all looked around and about 40 yards away we could see the shinning lights of another purple. Once we got close to it, we noticed there where three guards surrounding it.
Josh pushed us out of the way and yelled "Hey punks over here!"The guards motioned to each other and all began heading our way.
"I hope you have a plan."Marlynx said.Just then josh pulled what looked like a small ball of green water."get ready to run."josh said as he hurled the ball into the air.Green gas poured out of the little sphere and into the air.The guard were blinded.It gave us a chance to slip in. We stepped into the porthole and just then we were inside.
The place was beautiful.Large beautiful lights and stained glass.It was amazingly beautiful.I looked around,straightened my cloths up and began to walk around."Ok guys split up.keep a look out for any guards."I said. They all nodded and split up.I kept walking forward. I looked around to see many pointed ear people,like myself,and many demons,all talking and dancing.The music was also very beautiful.
Then a loud voiced chimed in over everything."Hello my people."It was the ruler of Azira."Welcome to the Azirian ball.I would like to especially welcome our new comers that have just come to Azira.I looked up to see she was on a balcony.she had long purple hair. And reddish brown eyes."So welcome new comers,I hope you have a blast."She turned and left the balcony.Everyone in the place put there fist in the air,I do so as well.
I continued to look around.The place was huge.It was going to be hard to find Nissa in this place.occasionally I ran into Al, he gave me a thumbs up, to show me no one was after us.I had to admit for this being such a big event, there wasn't many guards.I looked high and low. Untill I saw a brown haired girl that looked like she was about my age. She was dancing with a very strange man.The man was tall and had long white hair.When he saw me.he released the girl and gestured to me.The girl turned around.It was her.Finally after a week of being here.Of thinking my love was dead. I ran over to her.And hugged her.She didn't move. I let go and looked at her face.
"Nissa..."I said barley able to speak.she looked at me and tears began to run down her face."you shouldn't have come here."She said.I was shocked by this.Had she already forgotten me?Was she in love with another?"Nissa I came here for you,I came looking for you,I risked my life to come here,Do you know how much I have suffered?"I tried to hold back tears.
"Ive missed you too,but coming here was a bad idea."She looked away from me, I followed her gaze to see guards had poured into the place.I grabbed Nissa by her waste, and began to dance.Her hands were around my shoulders."Nissa lets go."I said looking at her body."where?"she replied looking at mine. "away from here, lets find away to get the hell out of here." I grabbed her tightly."I cant."She replied."And why the hell not,Nissa you dont belong here.You belong with me."I said feeling tears come again."I know that.and I want to be with you."She said looking me in my eyes."Meet me outside" she said looking at her watch."No i have lost you once.I dont want to loose you again."I said. "You wont.I'm going to get a drink and Ill be right there.I promise."I agreed and went onto the balcony.I sat out there looking at the stars.Five minutes had past.Then ten.I began to worry.Just then Al came rushing out of the building and onto the balcony.
"We have to find the other and get the hell out of here, now!There are guards everywhere looking for us."He grabbed my hand,but i pulled away."Not without Nissa."I yelled. Just then i felt the building shake under my feet.A few screams were heard in the building.Then it happened.An explosion.The whole building rumbled.I Fell to the ground, Al pulled my up.Then I noticed something horrible.The balcony was collapsing under our feet.Another loud explosion.Then the balcony collapsed, And as we fell to our dooms I looked up to see in the fire covered building that the empress was looking down on us.Then the piece of stone we had been standing on fell into the dark waters. Pieces of falling ruble pelted me.I looked over to see Al was unconscious.I reached over with all my might to grab his hand but darkness took me.I fell into a deep sleep.Was I dead?
