ASK YOURSELF in the most silent hour of your night: must I write? Dig into yourself for a deep answer. And if this answer rings out in assent, if you meet this solemn question with a strong, simple "I must," then build your life in accordance with this necessity..." - Rainer Maria Rilke
It's not a white horse! It's a stripeless zebra!
Today was okay.

Don't I say that everyday?

Advisor = Mikey shorts + being called a pervert >_>

Science = useless

PE = firedrill, so I couldn't even enjoy the game we were playing

Spanish = Matt Harris offering me a plastic friendship bracelet and myself offering to chuck it out the open window

Geometry = abandoning the trailors for the Commons + trying to answer questions that I don't know the answer to because A) I forgot how or B) I never did them

AWC = me feeling bad because I forgot I had homework.

AWC is like the only class where I do all my homework, and I think it's because Mrs. Ovadia is so likeable. She speaks her mind, and I like that. So I do my homework because I like her and her subject. (The curriculum being easy as hell isn't a bad thing either.)

But now we're on to the Bubonic Plague and I've got this under the bag because I've had two previous courses on it. "The Black Plague was caused by flea barf!" And it's true. Fleas and flies, they have to regurgitate on food to decompose it before eating. But when they were infected, they couldn't get nurtitional value so they kept throwing up and throwing up until they died. smile

What a good way to go out. It's like that disease where, in a sense, you're allergic to all grains. This lady kept losing severe amounts of weight and when she got scared and went to the doctor, he shook her and said, "You must eat!" and she replied, crying, "I am! I ate six bowls of pasta last night!"

She didn't die, tho. They found the cause. But watching Medical Mysteries is a good way to pass the time. I also like watching the surgical shows. I can watch them do anything (tracheotomy, gastric bypass, brain surgery) except a spinal tap. Everytime I see a spinal tap my body feels all limp and weak (which is actually really cool, because it happens within a matter of seconds!) I remember seeing the spinal tap in The Exorcist and almost puking.. >_<

That was what was circling in my head when I woke up today. It just kind of came up: surgeries are fun to watch...

I didn't feel well today. Feeling weak + sick + 40 pound backpack for finals + sweltering heat = one pissed off Meghan. Needless to day, the walk home was not enjoyable. Got home, turned the air conditioner to 63, and took a nap until dinner.

I can take a nap in really hot weather, but I wake up feeling gross and heavy. Then it's so hard to fall asleep asleep, because I always have a schedule for falling asleep and if it's hot out I can't follow it.

Boo...

FIVE MORE DAYS IN THE FRYING PAN BEFORE GOING INTO THE HELL!

Meatloaf song..you wouldn't get it.....
