My heart was one frozen cold
For always I walked in a world full of night
Never daring to make a move bold
Always I was filled with darkening fright
But my heart now is filled with love
Thawed out by an Angel’s stare
Freeing my heart like a thousand doves
Always showing me compassion and care
My world around me is now filled with her light
By the glow upon the Angel’s holy face.
My world is now free from this endless night
For my Angel is my heart of ace
My heart now soars to my star
Holding hands with my Angel of life
Traveling to the sky a far
My heart beats now for this beautiful Angel that has returned to me my life
