I began to open my eyes slowly.The sky was black, but the air was warm,I could hear voices, but could see no one.Was I blind?No,I realized I had my eyes covered by a wrap.I slowly began to take the wrap off my face.I looked around to see Al sitting over me, And Marlynx looking around.I tried to sit up, pain gripped my chest.I looked around to find one of us was missing,"where's josh?"I asked.Al pointed to the huge castle structure that the ball was held in.The huge castle now plunged halfway in the water and in ruin sat quietly.
"We didn't find him.We looked all over."Marlynx said with his head down.I looked at Al his face was streaked with tears.I stood all the way up And looked at the castle.I thought of only one person, It wasn't Nissa.I had lost a person that went out of his way to get me this far.
"We were the only survivors from what we can tell.Even our demons where killed."Al said. I looked at him.A very disturbing thought crossed my mind.Xalda was gone,Nissa was gone,Polar was gone And, oh god, His wife and unborn child,josh,xendon,oh god..."Oh god!"I screamed.Marlynx fell to his knees,Al sat there And we all cried. The pain, The pain of being lost,The pain of loss,The pain of being alone,The pain of death."Oh god!"
