Why the hell are half of the people I am in the same age group as act like dumbasses? The last six weeks of school, we had to take a drug and alcohol survey and I bet over half the school was smoking pot at the time. It's just ridiculous. And it isn't just tenneagers either! I went to a fourth of july thing and at the end, everyone was trying to leave out of the same exit. (several thousand people were there). You couldn't leave the gate until the bus to take you back to the parking garage got there, and then they would let like twenty people out at a time. You can guess that people were pissed! They had an emergency and they had to stop, which just ticked everyone else off, and then when they finally restarted, people were pushing the guys in front of them as if that would help. Now, I can understand that much, but when the guy who worked there came around and told them not to take a step forward until there is enough room to take a whole step, dont push, etc., the people started mocking him, and then started pushing harder!
Now, if a fifteen year old kid is smart enough to realize that the rules they had just made were there to prevent accidents and make the crowd move a lot faster, then why can't these full grown adults?! It's just ridiculous.
I don't know, maybe it's just me being pessimistic again...
