If any of you recognize this please tell me, I found it in a journal from when I was 8 and I can't figure out if I actually wrote it or just copied it frome somewhere.
As silent as an unblown breeze
The darkness of a chared old tree.
Quietly moving through the night,
a sense of smell so keen to fright
The heartbeat stopped so long ago
Long fangs pierce to draw the blood
no life remains
but death continues.
