Yes, school has begun. I'm already sick of these little freshmen running around the place. They'll stop right in the middle of the hallway and either talk about boys or turn around and go in the opposite direction (and usually smack right into me).
My schedule blows. Pre-Geometry, Biology, Econ., Gym, Honors English 10, Spanish 1. I really don't like my first 4 classes. Honors English 10 will rock because the best teacher in the universe teaches it. Spanish...I'm confused with it. Our teacher will not speak even one word of English. We just have to listen to her and pick it up that way. In 5th grade I learned a language at my old school. The lady who came to the school to teach it talked in both languages, so I learned a lot of German.
I'll be getting a class ring this year. I have it all planned out. The stone will be either Opal, pearl, or the June birthstone. There will be a ring of diamonds around the stone and the metal finish will be antique. On one side will be my name and a picture that represents criminal justice. On the other will be my graduation year and a pretty picture of a river and trees. The river and trees is supposed to stand for 'reflections' but I picked it because I love the woods and the scene reminded me of a place I like to go to when my family goes up north to our cottage. I think the ring will look awsome. I'm still not sure on the ring design, though... I'll think it over.
A friend of mine already has a job. I'm thinking of maybe asking her to recommend me to her boss some time. It's at the public library up town. But I don't have a car or a driver's license yet. I don't know...maybe I won't ask her.
I just watched this stupid movie on Lifetime about a girl who got raped and she turned into the school loser. And everyone in her school bullied her. Yeah, right. It amazes me how all the movies about high school make it look like it's survival of the fittest and kids will literally throw food at you, kick you, hit you, and ignore you when you are talking to them. Yes, there is a bit of that (in my school, atleast) but it's never as bad as it is in the movies. stare Great way to scare off pre-freshmen.
On second thought...keep these movies coming.
P.S.- I'm questing for many things, but mostly Baby Seal Slippers at the moment. I'm finding the effort degrading...much like how David Berkowitz felt when he failed at getting a girlfriend among the Korean prostitutes when he was stationed there in his military days. Thanks a million to my donaters. You all have really helped me a lot.
