Gee, that's just peaches and cream.



I <3 Running Today was a good day for running. For most of the run today I felt super light, fast, and invincible. Then, I had to put in a lot more effort to keep up my pace on the last mile. But even the last mile was great!

	Invincible? Congratulations. For 1 hour you felt what I feel like 24/7! cool Glad to hear you had a fun workout. I liked mine too. I didn't stop once on my workout and although I was going at about 9:00-9:30 pace, I was very relaxed. Really hot though. Really......really hot...... sweatdrop
