I worked on this for about five or six hours because my computer can't type in Japanese and I had to cut and paste every character, on top of translating it. I tried to keep the translation as accurate as possible: please point out any mistakes, because my Japanese isn't very good.
Team Galactic’s first meeting in Diamond/Pearl:
Taken directly from the English dialogue:
Rowan: “Ah, Dawn. Impeccable timing as always. These miscreants are babbling utter nonsense that I just can't stomach. Show them some manners, if you will.”
Mystery man: “Oh, Professor Pokemon, must you be so difficult? We are approaching you strictly as businessmen. All you must do is provide us with all your research findings. In return, we'll refrain from causing massive damage to your assistant.”
Lucas: “Dawn! Join me and battle these guys!”
Grunt: “How is this madness possible? The two of us, losing to children?”
Grunt: “This won't do... Time to retreat. This mission is failure.”
Grunt: “You leave us no option. We will retreat for now. Because Team Galactic is benevolent to all, we shall leave.”
Rowan: “That lot... They called themselves Team Galactic. When Pokemon evolve, they seem to release some type of energy... However, I believe that it's a mystic power far beyond our control. But Team Galactic seems to be trying to use that power for something... Anyway, Dawn, well done! You battle quite capably. The sight of you Trainers and Pokemon battling together... I made the right decision in entrusting you with a Pokedex!”
Lucas: “Dawn, did you know about this? The professor studies about the evolution of Pokemon, too. According to his reseach, 90% of all Pokemon are somehow tied to evolution! I guess that means some Pokemon must undergo weird evolutions. So, Dawn... Let's keep working on our Pokedex project for the prof!”
Translation of above scene for Platinum:
Prerequisite: Handsome’s Conversation with the heroine:
Handsome: “You! Is that an Iron Badge from the Gym Leader Challenge? If you go to the Pokémon Center, you can probably receive some information from others. Hmm… nevertheless, it’s doubtful that a person would be there at this moment, you must also be inspecting what is doubtful in Jubilife!”
((No doubt, Handsome was talking about the GTS and being able to trade via the world trade station at the lower levels of the Pokemon Centers. And then he keyed you into the little grunt-match in north Jubilife.))

Event with the two grunts + Rowan and his assistant:
Dense person: “Well, well well! Doctor Rowan, we encourage you to go back and forth over the consequences of handing over your research! But unless you do, we may have to harm your assistant, more than you would could discern for it to be.”
Rowan: “Dawn, how goes your Pokémon challenge? I see! The Oreburgh badge increases the base of your Pokémon team’s defense. Hmm! It is only natural, seeing as how you came unintentionally, although, it seems you could help. That is……There are some greedy fools causing a problem for us.”
Dense person: “So strongly you speak! You think that two children will be effective enough for fighting us! We’ll quiet your noisy brats.”
Rowan: “Is is you who are noisy! The people in your organization are already troubled, first, by the way your group is run. Second, it will be forever broken because you rely on too much dead weight. Thirdly, you don’t think, which does not work well when trying to obtain something. Fourth, my assistant of whom you speak is going to become much better than the likes of you. And fifth, I ask, why are you here in the first place, making such strange appearances for yourselves!? Good grief…… A person who grows up in such a manner becomes a useless adult.”
Dense person: “Harsh!! You hit right to the head! But you misread us, we are driven by intelligence, not pain! This is the Galaxy that you are making a mockery of!”
Rowan: “Your opinion is punishable.”
Lucas: “Dawn! We should battle together, I’d have difficulty dealing with these guys alone!”
[Battle]
Grunt: “How in the end were we defeated……!? Did we lose because we had low coordination?”
((I couldn't catch the line of the other grunt in time, sorry))
Grunt: “We will withdraw from here, because Team Galactic is kind with everyone.”
Rowan: “You were excellent against Team Galactic, though I wonder why they were interested in us…… When I think about it after that trifle, it probably has something to do with our information regarding evolution and, it might not be possible for Team Galactic, certainly, to inspect for themselves about Pokémon evolution. Perhaps that trifle is attributed to the energy of evolution, which they would like to capture.”
Lucas: “Dawn! The doctor is concerned of whether the energy from a Pokémon evolution can be used! Regardless, the doctor is studying the connection that links Pokémon and evolution, as over 90 percent of all Pokémon evolve. Those people don’t see the harm in using that kind of energy! In consequence, they were trying to take the information from the doctor! With that, they could force Pokémon to evolve! Trying to control that kind of power is useless, I think!”
Rowan: “Settle down. Their task was not completed, and in regard, I must thank you for coming, Dawn! It would seem I made a great decision, trusting you with one of the Sinnoh starters, but that is in the past, right? Now, I’m sure you are feeling that cooperative energy that can only be placed with trust and compassion in your Pokémon! It should be good for you! In other words, transfer your thoughts to your goal, and give yourself drive, but, in order to do well with your Pokémon, think as you’d like for them to and wait until you see the connection! Pardon us for delaying you.”
Original Platinum Dialogue:
