Yesterday was a very strange day... It was good. I got to see my Father. Who looks better than he has in a while. I worry about his health. He came up to Seatlle from Oregon to got to the V.A. Hospital here. I went to see him fearing the worst. Thank Gods and Goddesses! Then the strangest, ego boost I have gotten happened along. Leaving the Hospital. In the parkinglot. I was about to get into the car.. When a man pulled up behind it and said. "Excuse me miss. I watched you walk all the way across the parking lot. I just wanted to say you are an amazingly beautiful woman. And your man is one hell of a lucky guy."
I was with my husband. Who turned after I said thank you, and he said. "I Know I am!"
It was all too weird, and funny, and sweet.
