I swear first that happens if I ever become a mod is permabanning this waste of air.

You mean bandwidth, Jeri? xD

VampiricRogue
Just to note, Nas, there is no such thing as a "pwnd" in these types of discussion threads.

Actually, if I can type that word, it can exist in a discussion.

VampiricRogue
Let alone not to use mnemonic's

Mnemonic doesn't need the apostrophe "s", Nat. Also, I'd like you to look up the word mnemonic for me. When I looked it up I got this definition:

Quote:
mne·mon·ic
1. Assisting or intended to assist the memory.
2. Pertaining to mnemonics or to memory.
3. Something intended to assist the memory, as a verse or formula.
4. Computers. A programming code that is easy to remember, as STO for "store."

I also got this:
Quote:
adj. Relating to, assisting, or intended to assist the memory.

n. A device, such as a formula or rhyme, used as an aid in remembering.

Anyways, moving down the rest of your argument:

VampiricRogue
As for you, Raven: Have you ever hear of a thesis?

The context you're using requires "heard", not "hear".

VampiricRogue
It is a statement that represents both sides of an argument, that does not support any side, and simply presents the pro's and con's to the field.

And again, look the word thesis up. I got this:

Quote:
the·sis
1. A proposition that is maintained by argument.
2. A dissertation advancing an original point of view as a result of research, especially as a requirement for an academic degree.
3. A hypothetical proposition, especially one put forth without proof.
4. The first stage of the Hegelian dialectic process.
5.
A. The long or accented part of a metrical foot, especially in quantitative verse.
B. The unaccented or short part of a metrical foot, especially in accentual verse.
6. Music The accented section of a measure.

As an Elder, I support only the role player view; my post meagerly explains my abstain stand on the options this thread had presented. However, I must remind you that you have no place to reprimand myself or any other of the role players who wish to play as a non-human character when you, Raven, have the vampire skin currently attached to your avatar.

You do realize avatar appearance has NOTHING to do with R.P.C. appearance, right? Not here, least ways. But then again, you're being quite narrow minded in that respect. And to be honest? Who gives a flying ******** that you're an "Elder" or whatever? Really, now. I implore you to find ONE person here who really cares what you think because of the fact you're an "Elder." I've never ******** heard of any other Elders before.

VampiricRogue
I suggest you please take the time to observe, and think about those who are posting before you decide to become garrulous once again.

Garrulous means wordy, F.Y.I. You're trying to be pretty garrulous yourself, Nat...but you're not doing a good job, seeing as I'm finding so many misused words in your post.

VampiricRogue
Perhaps you will then present a true exacerbated response to a rhetorical statement, if only to uphold your famed loquacious title.

A lot of fancy words there, Nat. Real purdy. I'd like to point out that your definition of rhetorical is also terribly wrong/misused:
Quote:
rhe·tor·i·cal
1. Used for, belonging to, or concerned with mere style or effect.
2. Marked by or tending to use bombast.

So your posts are for style or effect, rather than making a point? Perhaps you mean your post is subjective? I mean, I'm all for wordy posts, but try not to look intelligent and fall flat on your ******** face in the process.

VampiricRogue
Quite frankly, in my eyes, your ballyhooing in the wrong place, as seeing this thread is not about you, but about everybody.

This thread is about how the plan, which will never go through, might affect the individual in the guild. It's all opinionated. We can say whatever we want in this thread, just so you know.

VampiricRogue
Most who come to this thread is not only interested in the topic, but desire to see the outcome. They understand the importance it will hold in the future for the development of the group; and you should remember that as well before the guild deems you a pariah for your actions.

Why would he be deemed an outcast for speaking his mind? Kinda counter-productive, no?

"Please tell me what you think."
"I think you're wrong."
"Well then...you're now an outcast because I asked your opinion and you didn't agree with mine."

It makes zero ******** sense! You're more likely to become the pariah here, Nat. Not him.

VampiricRogue
And now I suggest we return to the original topic. We are here to discuss the properties of discriminating fellow gaian users for their role playing preference,

Discrimination? Sorry we've got established guidelines as a realistic role play guild, Nat. Maybe we should change that and then bend over and let you spank our asses when we do something wrong in your eyes.

VampiricRogue
And not boasting about how grand this guild is, or to make bird comments on themselves. I believe badinage is the answer to this topic, if it is to keep it on track.

OH-HO-HO! She used badinage wrong!

Quote:
bad·i·nage
–Noun
1. Light, playful banter or raillery.
–Verb (used with object)
2. To banter with or tease (someone) playfully

I believe Raven WAS using badinage...so again, nice job.
