Yuzi's Musings
Hmm...
<br>I guess I should /really/ update this thing. >______>

IM LEVEL 50 1/2 ON MS! <_____<

Anywho, I havent been very active, as far as Gaia goes, for a while now. Im starting to pick up again a little, with whatever time I have. School's going okay for me, though I am going to make some major changes in the next year.

1. I plan on changing my major
2. I plan on transferring to the north part of the state (and to a different school).
3. I am going to go live with my fiance.

That is, if everything goes my way. Ive come to realize, while I love this school to death (because it's pretty and it has a decent system and teachers), Im not all that happy here. I havent made any permanent friends (Im an introvert :/) and being away from my fiance just magnifies my unhappiness. I need to talk to my parents about it. Im not so much asking permission to do this, rather than just letting them know this is what I want. My mom's one of those moms that always wants you as close as possible so that she can have access to you whenever she wants. I love my mom, and she is like my best friend, but I need to become an independent adult -- away from family. I just hope she understands. As far as my stepdad goes, I really dont give 2 shits either way. confused If I call my dad about this, he'll more than likely be supportive of me. My dad's been the only one in my life that's always treated me like a mature adult. Even when I was little. He knows that I am an adult and will not try to talk me out of something that I have come to decide for myself, and that's why I love him.

My fiance told his mom what I was planning on doing, today. I said "WHAT?! YOU TOLD HER ALREADY?!" You know what she said? "You know she's going to get pregnant." -________________-

Nah, she's not one of those crazy, mean mother-in-law figures. She's just very practical. I love his mom, but she doesnt know that he and I are responsible in that department and dont even "practice" what she's talking about. But whatever. If I get more positive than negative feedback, Ill start applying for NGTC in the spring for the summer quarter (which starts Jul, 10th I believe) and pusue a degree as an infant and toddler care specialist. Not much different than the early childhood degree I was persuing here, minus the actual teaching. (Im prone to anxiety attacks)

Anywho, Im off to do some homework.

Level 50 on Multiple Sclerosis? You should be very proud!

sweatdrop I just PMed you about something similar to this, but one thing that living with your fiance will do is...make you spend less time here. And spending less time here has ::cough:: certain consequences.

This is what I say - Follow your heart. Ask yourself what you really want, then go for it. That's the only way to live. Otherwise you're just a stressed out, unhappy, overworked and underpaid robot.

I agree with Silver. No choice can be right or wrong until you make it. Do what you feel is right. In the words of Napolean Dynamite,"Follow your heart. That's what I always do."

I knew jokes about Viagra were going to be made about the pills. xd
