No it is not about the power puff girls. Though when i first heard about that's what it sounded like.
Anyways at my school they have a thing called 'powder puff games.' It where the girls play the sport (football this time) and the guys are they cheerleaders. When they said it on school news it sounded like it was just for 10th graders. xd I think it might be fun to go watch.
I never really heard about that before so i think it's kinda cool. Over and out!
