Known Powers/Abilities: He wields the powers are of illusion casting. He can psionically cause other people to see, hear, touch, smell, and/or taste things that do not actually exist. He can also cause people to sense things in ways that they would not naturally; for example, he can make himself look and sound like a different person, or look and feel like a wall, or even seem invisible.

Limitations: He's physically weaker and slower than his vampire brethren. And is unskilled in any offensive combat styles making him a weak target while singled out.

Other Notes: Like other vampires, Scott has enhanced strength and smell, and his eyes become inverted and glow when he has blood-lust or when he wills it; though it appears that he is slightly weaker when he abstains from drinking blood, he can survive without it. Although he can survive daylight, his eyes are overly-sensitive to natural light, prompting him often to wear sunglasses outside in the daytime.
