The Past
Today time flies very fast
That I’m here recalling the past
Memories that are full of laughter
Laughter that fills yesterday
But those memories weren’t only made of laughter
There were also memories that were full of tears
Tears of joy and tears of pain
Tears that fall like rain
All the memories that we had shared
All the joys and pains despaired
They will always linger in me
Especially the memories of you and me
You and me are meant for each other
‘Cause we’re true to one another
Always ready to lend a hand
To give, care, love, and understand.
