Rambles of an old man.
Updated Daily...err weekly. No whenever I feel like it. D:
Anyway....
As I said in my other entry.

I might buy a place.
Preferably a house.
Not a condo or something like that cause you still gotta pay Condo Fees.
It would be a whole better then paying 1.3k a month on rent.

I was talking with my grammy on the phone and she suggested I should do that.
I can put 100k down on a place with my money from savings.
Also my credit is good so no need to worry about that.
And my grammy said she would help by giving me another 50k.
Cause she sold her old place when she moved in with her man...err my new grandpappy. (Finally!)
My auntie will throw in 10k in the ring as well.

So all my bases are covered.
But I still don't know.
Getting a house is serious business.

I think I am moving way too fast.
Only 18. (soon to be 19!)
And I already own two cars.
Finished school.
Just started working as a welder.

I am actually scared of my future for once....

But on the upside of getting a place.
Won't have to worry about a house in the future. (lol)
No more RENT!
And I would be able to finally get my little sister and brother out of foster care.
By letting them stay with me.

Thats like one of the main reasons...probably only reason why I stayed in Edmonton and became a welder.
I wanted to get them out of that god awful foster care.
I was in it when I was a kid for a while and did not care for it at all.
It sucked.

But that is also serious business right there.
And that with getting a house I would probably die from all the stress.

Plus what Realtor would take a 18yr Native kid seriously?
Like come on.
Gawd I'm already stressed out just by thinking of all this.
xd

Anyways I'm done.

Coming from someone who spends her life talking about real estate you should know that unless you have enough to pay for a house in full, it'll be difficult to get a loan since you're so young.
You don't have several years of steady employment under your belt yet.
So, just saying.

I know that now.
><

Been talking with grammy again.
Thats why she said she will get a loan for me.

I know a native guy who is only 20 and he been a welder for two years now?
He got a loan when he was 19 to get a house.
And well it shouldn't be that hard to get myself a loan but then again what do I know?
Nothing thats what.
xD

Every client is different.
If real estate is anything like in California over there, I would definitely suggest looking into your grandmother co-borrowing with you.
And make sure you understand fully about the kind of loan your realtor gets for you.
You can find yourself in crater of s**t if your not careful about the loan your signing off on.
k, this has been boring moments with justine.
tootles.
