Big Girl's don't cry.Phoebe is very cynical, and usually has something sarcastic to say about whatever is going on. Despite this, she does care deeply about her friends. She just has a hard time expressing her true feelings, and tends to hide emotions. Her dream is to become a famous director.

I'm a total trendsetter,Standing at 5'7", She's taller than the average girl. she has ghost-white skin and emerald green eyes usually companied with eyeliner and black lipstick. Her hair is black, along with 90% of her clothes. Phoebe also has a big collection of silver jewelry. She almost always wears her knee-high leather boots, even in her X-Man uniform.

Back in my day, Phoebe grew up in a very comfortable home in the suburbs of Connecticut. Her father is a wealthy investment banker, and her mom has had more jobs than she can keep track of. Anything to get her out of the house. Along with her little brother and parents, Phoebe lived in a gigantic house in a neighborhood straight out of the Stepford Wives.
Phoebe began to figure out she was different one day when she was watching T.V. and the remote started smoking in her hand. Then her iPod blew up. A week and two fried cell phones later, she knew something was wrong with her, but she still kept quiet. She was different enough without adding mutant on top of that. Things reached their breaking point when she was walking home on a sunny day and somehow managed to get struck by lightning. She finally told her parents, and they all decided it was best that she went to the Xavier Institute.
Look what I can do! Phoebe has the ability to absorb and control electricity. She can hold enough electricity to power a small town, though it is incredibly uncomfortable for her and prefers to discharge it. She has been so far been able to shoot bolts of electricity up to 100 yards and is pretty accurate with it. She can also fry electronics, and charge batteries, but it takes a lot of concentration to not overload them.
