This is my 2nd book im working on, im thinking about having this be the sequel to my other book. This could be how she met her love but in this book. Idk right now but its comin out pretty good..


The first day of school is always the hardest. Especially when you’re the new kid in class. You come to a class with many other girls and you instantly start comparing yourself to others around you. You want to make new friends, you want to be liked by others, but most of all you want to be loved. And when you’re new everyone is exited and anxious to get to know you, they ask each other, “do you think she’s pretty? What’s her name? Is she nice? Do you think she is outgoing?” They all have expectations, but when the new girl fails to live up to those expectations everyone forgets all about her. No one pays any attention to her. And she once again becomes a regular person in a normal school, but she’s all alone. No matter what she tries to do no one understands her personality and her style. She’s different so she already gains the title of “Weird”. She’s not accepted into the cliques but she is her own person and she will never change for anyone. And as she sits there at break listening to her iPod by the tree a boy looks at her with curious eyes. She’s automatically coming up with things he could be thinking, all negative. But in his mind he sees is an angel in disguise, a girl hiding what she has to offer. All she needs is some confidence and someone to tell her she’s beautiful. He will open her heart and mind for more. Knowing people are looking at you is terrible, Jaclyn thought to herself as she quickly turned her head from the boy in math. Of course not all looks were bad. She wasn’t quite sure why he was studying her features but she liked it. He was the only boy at school to even look at her since the first day of school and even if it was just because of the way she dressed, she liked the attention. She never got much attention . She ran through her head as fast as she could before class ended to remember the mysterious boy’s name. Nothing. At lunch there he was again, looking at her but this time when she looked back he rapidly looked the other direction and blushed. Jaclyn did the same. She wanted to say something to him after school but wasn’t sure how and didn’t even know his name for that matter. Luckily in last period his name was called by another student. Matt, which Jaclyn knew meant gift of god or prophet. Nothing was stopping her now from saying something to him but she was just too shy. The next couple of days he stopped staring, she had begun to think maybe he liked her. But now that was just a dream, a fantasy in the clouds that would never come true. As she put on her black eyeliner and grabbed her sweatshirt which she draped the hood over her head away from any light, she had a vision of Matt sitting down by the tree where she sat every lunch and she walked over to join him but before she sat down he got up to kiss her nose and take her on his lap. Just another dream.
