This weekend was incredible.
Purely incredible.
This past Saturday, I went to the Leo Club trash bash we held.
And sadly, it was only Joey, me, Tiffany, Jessica, and a small number of other members I don't know the names of.
We went along this street, and picked up garbage, without gloves because we didn't have any, so it was really really gross.
Joey was pissed off the entire time, because Mrs. Hannah, the leader of the Leo Club, gave away the Lion's Club sponsored $500 scholarship to some other random member.
And she's the freaking president of Leo Club.
While she ranted the whole time, I was freaking.
Because Mrs. Hannah had said before that anyone who didn't show up to this trash bash,
couldn't go to Blue Bayou the next day.
And that meant that Bryderick couldn't go.
And...Let's just say, I was counting on him to go.
So, upset and frantic, I texted him thousands of times, pleading him to show up and come.
And he didn't.
Later, I called Mrs. Hannah, and she told me that what she had meant was that anyone who she had already told couldn't go,
had to show up, otherwise they still couldn't go.
And she had already told him that he could!
I was so relieved.
The next morning, he sat behind Jasmine, who sat beside me.
I listened to her iPod the whole time with her, because I had somehow forgotten mine at home. xD
The bus ride was long and tedious, but we eventually made it in one piece.
Once we got there, I teamed up with Sami and Joyceann, and we hung out the whole day,
While Bryderick went off with his friends.
I was sorta upset,
because he and I were supposed to spend the day together,
Like...boyfriends for the day kind of thing.
Sadly, that didn't work out.
Either way, though,
I had tons of fun,
and Joyceann and Sami and I all have a lot of hilarious inside jokes now. xD
By the end of the day,
I was exhausted, burned, and kinda sad.
But!
Things really brightened up when I got on the bus--
Because Mrs. Hannah told us to pair up with the same gender.
So, Bryderick immediately took the seat next to me!
For the first half of the ride back, he just sat there, and tried to sleep.
I felt kinda sad, and eventually got a call from Taylor.
I answered, and she was immediately like "okay. I want details, and now."
So, I told her about how everything had gone, and she was upset about it, too.
Then, she told me to make a move.
So, I did.
After we hung up, I took my jacket, balled it up, and placed it on his shoulder, before laying my head down on it.
I was afraid he would freak out,
but my heart skipped a beat when I felt his head rest on mine.
A little later on, Courtney asked him for the blanket he had wrapped around him, and he gave it to her.
So, I took my jacket, and laid it across the both of us, and curled up next to him some more.
I had my hand touching his elbow for a few seconds,
before I felt his hand grab mine.
I wanted to start crying.
It was the sweetest thing--
We sat there, curled up underneath my jacket,
and we held hands on the rest of the ride home.

Earlier in the day, I had been texting Dominique,
And he told me that from the way I was describing how I felt about him,
He said it sounded like I was in love with him.
I think I am.
