yes it does. the one week i get grounded from the computer interesting things happen..
monday was a boring day
so was tuesday
wednesday, my friends finally talked me into letting the person i like know that i like them, so me, being afraid and such as i am, i have them tell her. so i hide in the office while they do it (me being afraid again) and they come over and tell me "she like you a little little bit more than a friend, but she can't have a boyfriend until she's sixteen." so i get kinda happy.
thursday was the first snow. i wished i had waited one day, then it could have been nicer.. maybe i would've told her myself...
friday was the hellish day of the week. i got out of third period to play with the ninth grade band in preparation for the place we're playing next week, which got my out of a test whiched turned into a pop quiz, but by the end of the period, we were a minute into break. so i had to rush out of the band room, which people were all shoving around so it took a bit longer, and had i not taken mygym clothes home the night before (i had pe next), i would've been able to run to the reading room quickly, but i had to go to my locker. so i finally get there, and people are yelling about getting to their classes fast, so i'm rushing to open my locker, which doesn't open the first three times i get the combo done, and i finally get it open eventually. so i pull my gym clothes out really fast, and start running toward the room where we're reading (we read for 15 minutes before in fourth period regardless of the subject), which is in the other building almost on the other side of school, and as i open the doors to the other building, the bell rings. tv shows suck, they go into their classes after the bell rings... so anyways, i'm hoping that today was one of the days that the teacher is a little late, so i might pass off as on time if i sneak into the hall, so i start running quickly down the hall to get there quickly, but there were these really slow people walking through the hall, and while i think about it, i don't know why they were walking through the hall anyways, but as i tried to go around them, there was this stupid piece of paper on the floor which i slipped on and got off balance. so i finally get to the place where we would stand if the teacher was late, but no. he was there on time, and i ran through the door, gasping for air, and my friends were holding back their laughter, and the teacher says, "Rush, see me after reading." and that was that. luckily, he said it was my one free pass, and not to be late again. i'm never going to be late again as long as i can help it >.<
but wait, there's more...
so during lunch, i'm pretty happy, and in the last maybe 10-15 minutes, my friends go off pulling another one of my friends saying they have to talk, and i should stay. they have to talk about my "christmas present." i knew they were lying.. so maybe two-three minutes before lunch ends, my friend who i guess was the most brave came out and slowly got to the point of telling me that when they said that the girl i liked liked me a little little bit more than a friend, they were lying. i had thought that from the beginning, i was pretty sure she wouldn't but when they said she did just a little it brought my hopes up i guess... i was really pissed that they lied to me about that. they didn't want to hurt my feelings, so they were talking about how they would tell me. i wish they hadn't lied. it's such a stupid thing to lie about.. i'm angry with them... but they probably wont know. i'll just go on without telling them. like i usually do, just shove everything away. great...
