So. Today, being my birthday, is probably the worst birthday I've ever had. Not that I've ever had bad birthdays before, ya know? They were neutral or good. But this one was baaad for me.
So. It all started before even 1 AM when I was laying awake in bed tossing from side to side from the ear ache that was tormenting me so I couldn't get to sleep. After a while, ended up getting out of bed to go to the bathroom. And that was okay. So I go back to my bed, and go on with what I'd been doing before because it hurts SO ******** BAD, and then there's this weird popping noise coming from my ears. One or the other, not both at once. I'm not sure what it was. Don't want to know what it was. But it was very odd. I couldn't tell if it was a good or bad thing. Anyway. A while after that stopped, I reached up to my ear and found out there was some LIQUID coming OUT of it! God, it was disgusting! So I'm freaking out, thinking, "Am I bleeding!?!?" and try to see if there's a noticable difference between the color of the liquid on my finger and my actual finger (Clear or dark red) but everything was dark, and there was a cat sleeping down at my feet, so I couldn't really turn on the lights. So after I freaked out a bit more, I ended up going to the bathroom again to confirm that it wasn't blood. Which is just as disgusting as if it was blood. I checked the clock that time, and it was like 1:40. So I was really unhappy, since I couldn't get to sleep with the damn pain in my ears.
But eventually I did, since I woke up to the veeery small sound of my alarm clock. Which surprised me, because my alarm clock is usually pretty loud, and I have to cover myself up in the morning because it's so damn annoying (Which is a good thing, for an alarm clock..). But it was like. WAAAAY quiet. So I then realized that I was deaf in my left ear, and almost deaf in my right. So I'm just kinda freaking out again, thinking, "OMG I'M ******** GOING DEAF?!!? WORST. BIRTHDAY. EVER." And go up to try and get some of the wax out of mye ars (Because deep down I knew it was just a wax build up, but I was too preocuppied freaking out to admit it to myself). But that didn't really work, it just kind of hurt. So, then, I walk past my dad, listening carefully for him to say anything, and after he asks me how I am and telling him I feel deaf, I go to take a shower (Which cleaned up most of the yucky closer-to-the-outside wax, but not enough to let me hear any better) and we go to the Redmond Urgent Care place. So we sit around for a while. Talk to the family of a three-year-old who had pink eye ( ): ). Etc. Etc. And I finally get to go see a doctor person. And it was very awkward because the nurse guy or whatever was asking ME the questions, which I couldn't really hear.
So ya. We got the wax out of my ears. There was supposedly a lot, but I tried not to look. I have two ear infections. So I get to take two pills today, and one pill a day for the next four days. Which wont be easy with my sore throat that I stayed home from school with. I ended up missing rehersal today, but luckily it wasn't competition. I'd be in waaaaaay deeper for missing that..
Still. Not a great birthday. Not gonna have a party, my mom says. My parents bought presents without really asking what I want (Which doesn't always turn out great). And this. So whatever. Maybe I'll just skip this birthday. @_@ Need ice creeeeam. gonk
