So, it doesn't really feel exactly like Christmas and today is Christmas Eve. That's pretty strange when you get to a point where not even the biggest holiday of the year doesn't even really feel like it. Sure, getting gifts is wonderful because most of the time they are symbols saying that someone was thinking of you but nowadays it just seems like the holiday has become a time to dread. I know, that's weird to think so but #1) I don't have any room in my room for anything else and #2) I get stuck with family members that know nothing about me at all that don't really like me and vis versa. I'd like to just stay holed up with Brandon's family. They like me and they are more like family to me than my step-dad's family.
Spending time with Brandon is wonderful though, he makes me happy and complete just being around him. I remember that when we had first started dating the slight distance of 45 minutes away seemed horribly far but now it's no big deal, it's just something we live through just to be together. Sure, I know that life can not be perfect because everything was spawned from imperfection but damn doesn't it feel great when things really seem to be looking up? So many of my friends are going off and getting engaged or making plans to and I almost feel sorry for them because I think that they are leading themselves in the wrong direction putting too many hopes and expectations into it just because they live states away. Plus, I refuse to even think about marriage until homosexuals have the same right. That's another discussion though that I don't really have the energy for.
Off to do something with the manperson but I only have an hour until I have to go home mad
