So, Gaia hasn't gotten much better for me since my last journal entry. I'm still not all that happy about the whole thing and nothing's been patched up between us. I just haven't bother and obviously neither has he. He's not spoken to me at all really.
I'm still thinking about that hiatus...but I'm barely online now-a-days anyway. I'm just bored and I can't seem to find much to do on Gaia. Maybe I just need to move onto something new... Create a new shop or make a new RP or something. We'll see.
But, I actually will be taking a couple weeks hiatus anyway for a special reason. First off, this Saturday is my last day at Kroger. That's one thing that's cheered me up a ton. Granted, I probably shouldn't be quitting but enough is enough. I'll figure out some other way to get money. I hope to take on some commissions.
The other big thing is that I'm finally getting married! For real this time! We decided to put together a quick small wedding (thinking he'd be going into basic early September but that didn't happen...) and it's coming up soon. August 29th is our day! Everything's been put together and bought except for an arch and chairs. We only hope the weather will hold because we'll be doing it on the beach. The beach has special meaning to us so it's only right that we get married there. (Plus it's free.) The only trouble we've got is Hurricane Bill but he doesn't look like he'll hit and if he did, it'll be this weekend, not the next.
Gotta say, that's a good reason to take a break from Gaia. When I get back, I'll try to finish up my commissions but I dunno what I'll do after that. Guess I'll have to think on it and decide later.

I'm so happy for your wedding though. Only one week away..woohoo!!! I so wish I lived closer so I could go. I so hope you'll share some pictures. whee
