♥ I've got a smile on my face and a [******** you attitude...
{♥Ok, here's some bad news. I lost my "promotion". I was tryin to hard to be perfect at my job and tryin to help do the other co-worker's jobs and it ******** me over -_-. Thankfully my manager asked me the golden question that showed that he wanted me to succeed (there's some emotions there after all...he just needs to be less pessimistic) He asked me, and I told him what the problem was. He now is stoppin some of the problems that came up and it would stop my co-workers from takin advantage of me savin their asses because they were bein to lazy (I have spent MANY hours after I was suppose to leave doin work to help their production and the office percentage down) I'm goin to make sure that this second chance given to me isn't a regret.
Now that all this has come up I have been able to better my quality of my work and have been feelin better about it as well, but some of my co-workers aren't as happy that I'm not reachin out to do their work. Case in point: this past sunday I needed them to get x amount of work done and they were constantly negative all weekend about the amount of work that needed to be done. They weren't happy to find out that I had more important work to do that to "help" them do what they were paid to do. Sometimes we get work that HAS to be done before the days out NO MATTER WHAT, and this was one of those days. Instead of being grateful for all the hours I put in and was willin to stay a little later to get the work done they all LEAVE!!! WTF!?! It was extremely rude and upsettin so I am no longer goin to allow them to take advantage of me like that again. Much to my amusement I was given the opportunity to get back at one of them. By no choice of my own it was just the random event that happen here on earth and he fell into the merry-go-round *giggle*. One of the co-workers that left me to stay 4 hours after my scheduled time on sunday calls in to find out his schedule for the next day (now before I go on I want to let yall know that he was able to make a copy of his schedule for the past 4 days, which included the 3 days he worked.) I was on my way to finishin my work and then I was gonna get the hell out of there to enjoy the rest of the night and get some needed sleep. Well he calls and asks me what his schedule was. I told him I was busy and he then with an attitude as if I can just drop everythin for him told me that I should take just the few seconds to find out his schedule. Irritated I told him I HAD to get what I was doin done and when he insisted again I told him I couldn't and to call me back later and I hung up on him ^_^. I got what I needed to get done and then left. Just like how he and the other co-worker treated me 2 days ago I gave him a taste of his own attitude...
Well, there's some of the drama on my job and I hope that my second chance is better than my first and I get the promotion that I worked so hard for. *crosses fingers*♥}
... because from this day forward I'm livin my life for myself. ♥
