-Byakugan "White Eye"
Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.
The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist) fighting style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the tenketsu points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponent’s chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

Juuken is fighting style utilized by Hyuuga clan members, it is the strongest style of Konoha. The Byakugan has a penetrating ability to see the tenketsu, the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at these precise points. When the hand draws close enough to strke, the clan member can stop or increase their opponents chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja.
-Hakkeshou Kaiten "Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin"
Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.
- Uraate "Reverse Striking"
This is fulcrum-based transference skill; an example of chakra transmission that teaches one to shift the point and force of impact by striking the dead center of an object. When used with the Hyuuga's Jūken "Gentle Fist", the user is able to strike an opponent and close a tenketsu within a different area of the target's chakra circulatory system. At expert-levels, a practitioner can transmit the force of impact wherever they please even if they are striking multiple tenketsu at once, as long as a medium exists to transmit their chakra through.

Background History: Hibari is a genin of Konohagakure no Sato (Village of Hidden in the Leaves). He and his family hail from the Branch family of the Hyuuga clan. As a child he greatly admired his grandfather, Hyuuga Gen, who had trained since his days before the ninja academy. Though most of his family had been a part of the Branch family of the Hyuuga clan, Gen was the sole Head family member within Hibari's immediate family. Much of his time had been spent with him since his parents would often be away doing missions. As a result of this, it was Gen that raised Hibari in absence of his parents. In his care and under his training, Hibari was taught a few of the Hyuuga techniques of the Head family that Gen had learned, despite them being forbidden from members of the Branch Family. However one day his grandfather was killed by a member of the Head family who had found out what he had taught to Hibari. Gen had been ordered to become the teacher of the next Hyuuga heir, but refused. He was immediately killed for his disobedience on the spot. Regretting nothing, Gen did not bother to try to defend his life, saying just before he died that he believed in Hibari's future. Hibari was greatly saddened by this and grew to hate the members of the Main family. He vowed to one day become the strongest member of the Hyuuga clan to hold true to his grandfather's beliefs.
