Personality: Kizoku likes to speak his mind, which often leads to others thinking that he is a cold person.
[ Straight Forward ] - Kizoku is a straight forward person. He is blunt in his speech and usually doesn't like to mince words. Kizoku also applies this to those around him, preferring the people around him to straight forward with him too. His straight forward nature is also present in his fighting style since Kizoku favors close quarters combat.
[ Love of fighting ] - Kizoku enjoys fighting very much. Be it sparring with a friend or on the battlefield against a strong opponent. Difference in power has never deterred Kizoku when looking for a fight. Though he hates to lose, he knows that it is part of growing stronger as training is.
[ Pride ] - Kizoku tends to hold his pride above anything else. When he fights, he likes to do so on his own. Kizoku believes that everyone should should fight their own battles and win them with their own strength, that a person should obtain something with their own two hands. He detests things like having to protect others or having to fight along side someone else to win a battle.

History: Born in Japan to a long line of samurai, Kizoku was brought up by his parents to become one and trained at a young age. However, he would come of age towards the beginning of the Meiji Restoration, a time of great change in Japan. It was during this time that the age of the samurai was coming to an end. It was at this time that his family would abandon the way of the sword and look towards the new age of Japan. Not long after, Kizoku was the only one within his family that still clung to the way of the samurai that he had been trained from such a young age for. Angered and not accepting this new way of life, he left his family to join that Satsuma Rebellion. This was revolt of ex-samurai against the new government. Kizoku took up arms and fought for the only way of life that he knew, but died on the battlefield. Just before he died, Kizoku painfully admitted what many had told him, he truly was born in the wrong era.
