There is always an argument that persists when Theists and Atheists argue about God...
Atheists argue that something CANNOT come from nothing, and that there must be a before.
Theists argue that God is and always has been, Alpha and Omega...
Perhaps they are both right?
There are many theories that the universe has been born and died an infinite number of times, through a Big Bang, and then a Big Crunch.
There are many mysterious aspects of our unfolding universe that we cannot BEGIN to comprehend, or even PRETEND to comprehend.
Perhaps God is the Living Sentience of the Universe? Birthed from the All of the universe itself, and all its many wanders and mysteries.... and therefore the universe and its wonders birthed from Him?
Because, if God is the living embodiment of the universe, then all things and times WOULD come from Him, and He would be Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.
Just a thought really, but as good a theory as any other.
I thought of this after reading the literal translations of The Secret Sayings of Jesus Christ, the text portrayed in the movie Stigmata which I will post as well for all whom wish to read them.
The "quote" that I read to lead me to this thought is as follows...
Jesus said: When you see him who was not born of woman, throw yourselves down upon your face and worship him. He is your Father.
Referring to God obviously, Jesus says not born of woman, but indeed implues a "birth" for God Almighty....
