The wounded cat crawls
After a battle against foxes
It hides in the shadows
Rejecting help from the mass,
It stares, crying for its losses
Silently, it attempts to heal
A hole burning in its body
The cat refuses aid
Enjoying what it thinks it deserves
Someone please save her,
Make things better than they were
