3:36 pm, GMT +8. Yuli just had a shower, and is very eager to log in on Gaia. Once he's on, he sees a bubble with "Hey, I've got...2 Private Messages". What goes on in his mind is, "WTF, 2? I was expecting, what, 5!" Nevertheless, he fumes for a while as he clicked the underlined phrase. He was redirected to his inbox, and there he read who the two messages were from. One was from an NPC notifying him about a marketplace listing, the other, a reply from an RP partner. Yay.

Read read read...that was it? A paragraph consisting of 75% quotations?!!

Okay, calm yourself, Yuli. Time to check the friendslist to see who can play with him. Click. @#$%! There are only two people online, and they aren't even doing RPs with Yuli!!!

Sigh. Yuli then heads to his search thread. As usual, no new visits, but just to make the thread on the top of the list, he replies to it with redface s.

Once he's done with the monotony of the exercise he goes on in his Facebook account. Mmm, two notifications, etc etc. Log out, get back on in Gaia. Hmm, still no new messages. Log out, log in other accounts. Mehh, just announcements. Log ll Yuli ll back in.

Still no new messages. Not even one. Nil. Zilch. Zero.

Plan B. Check Barton OOC for others who might be searching for one on ones. Hmm...eehh,too tired to send PMs.

After 3 hours of waiting in vain the crazed Yuli laughs. He grabs a rope, makes a noose from the ceiling. Below it is a stool, in which Yuli will be temporarily standing. He prays for forgiveness for the grave sin he will be doing to himself, and after writing some farewell notes to his friends and family, he tearfully logged in on Gaia. Probably for the last time.

"Hey, I've got...1 New Private Message"

Curious, he checks it out. even if he believes it was just another notification. And voila, it wasn't! It's a reply. And what's more, the sender's online! And the reply's three paragraphs long! Hurray!

And thus Yuli's suicide attempts are stopped in the nick of time, with the help of an interesting post.
