The love of life
The rush takes my friends away from me
In to the sea of love they drift
They float further and further away
To the point where I can't see them
The wave of love can be harsh
Some waves are cruel and hurtful
Some leave deep wounds
Some waves may even scar you
Boyfriends come and go as the tide does
But when the waves of love die down
The sea of love brings you back to the shore
To the shore where I wait for you
Life brings you back to me
