Hmm... its pretty good for being my first time joining... but dem i didn't know there would be a race each week and sometimes two race a week (three miles or more) confused ... what i really hate are the workouts we do mad im always freaken tired when we finish.
But dem it hell helped me out on controlling my breathing and running speed. blaugh before i couldn't even do 20 mins with out stoping... now i can do more then a hour biggrin
Ahhh... saterday, November 20, is my big race gonk the CIF race... i got to run 3.1 miles and theres a big hill like about in the 2 mile marker and the other is like on the 2.6 mile mark gonk im kinda scared
