Today on April 22nd, 2011 it is my dad's umm...something b-day XD(Not allowded to reavel his age)

At this moment I'm typing this entry, I just came back from Red Lobster. Everything was total awesomness (you know who you are, if you're reading this sorry I stole your chatch phrase but really tonight was awesomeness!) The family shared a few jokes (we were the loudest ones there XD) we had some delicious seafood and/or chicken and the people were so sweet to my family and I. One of the dish washers was my dad's friend who we haven't seen in a while (no wonder dad chose THAT red lobster ^-^)

Guess what? His friend even wanted to pay for our whole meal! We were so grateful, but my parents turned the offer down (they were right too ^-^)

Even before, my brothers and I gave our dad a speedbag kit for his birthday. He was so happy he acually sayed "Thank you" in english (my dad speaks mostly spanish sweatdrop ) I heard that my dad used to box back in his home town Panama and he even trained my oldest brother how to box when they were both younger!


He's such a great father and he REALLY deserved what he got today. I don't think it could've gone ANY better. After all the crap he gets at work and even home, I feel happy that I was apart of making his day happy. After all I AM his only daughter, I should return the favor. I love you dad and I hope you guys have great parents out there too! heart
