*sigh* I went to the doctor today after school so he could check up on my progress in my shoulder's tendonitis (tendons become inflamed and the action of pulling the muscle becomes painful). Well, he took a couple x-rays and poked me rather painfully; I didn't like it. So after enduring some more poke-of-death blows from the doctor and his assistan, he turns to me and says, "You have a couple choices to choose from. A) you go back to theropy, B) you quit swimming for 6 weeks, or C) you get a cortisone (an evil shot that hurts like hell to treat inflammation)."
I was considering going back to physical theropy but when I look back at the progress and the mount of money it costed, I decided to rule it out. With that off the list all that's left is the scary shot and not swimming for over a month. I DO NOT want the shot at all. There are side affects and it's not always successful. Did I mention it hurts and they have to gie you numbing medicine before injecting you? Like hell I'd go through with that mad So I'm left with no swimming. It's actually not that bad of an idea. I'll be a senior next year and it's only gonna get more conpetitive so I'll need to be well enough to actually compete, which I haven't done for 4 months gonk I hope my coach isn't too mad at me...
